Good news for all those Marmite-lovers our there: the most recent incarnation of the dark stuff – chocolate – contains rapeseed oil so is guilt-free.

Palm oil-free and vegetarianFor those who prefer Turkish Delight there is a double-whammy of ethical chomping in Marks and Spencers Turkish Delight bars that are not only palm oil-free but vegetarian as well!
